By accessing or using Motorly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Listing Data

Motorly aggregates used car listing data from multiple public sources across the Irish and UK markets. This data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information.

Listings may originate from third-party sources (indicated by source attribution on each listing) or be submitted directly by sellers on our platform. We clearly distinguish between aggregated and first-party listings.

Source Attribution: All aggregated listings display their original source (e.g., “via DoneDeal”, “via Carzone”). First-party listings are marked as “Motorly” listings.

4. User-Submitted Listings

If you list a car for sale on Motorly, you represent that: (a) you are the legal owner of the vehicle or authorized to sell it; (b) all information provided is accurate and complete; (c) you consent to your listing appearing on our platform.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that appear fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these terms.

5. No Financial Advice

Price estimates, market analysis, depreciation curves, and other analytical tools provided by Motorly are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice. Always conduct your own research and seek professional advice before making purchasing decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Motorly platform, including its design, features, and analytical tools, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our tools, analysis, or platform content without written permission.

7. Takedown Requests

If your listing or personal data appears on Motorly and you wish to have it removed, you may submit a takedown request via our takedown request form. We aim to process all valid requests within 72 hours.

8. Limitation of Liability

Motorly is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to losses from reliance on listing data, pricing estimates, or market analysis.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
